Permitted for 115,000 head, this feedyard is outfitted with an 8-roll steam-flake feed mill with batch mixing capability.  The yard includes ±67,700 linear feet of concrete bunk space.  426 feeding pens of variable sizes allow for feeding of single-load or multiple loads of cattle. Multiple on-site water wells supply the yard, and a long-term water lease is negotiable with the adjacent property-owner.  On-site water storage tanks hold up to 150,000 gallons.

This expansive yard bordered on the west by County Road 15 includes the feed mill and commodity storage, main feedyard office facility, two cattle receiving/shipping areas with scales, two processing barns, one hospital barn and five hospital sheds, a large horse barn, and four silage pits. The yard drains efficiently into two retention control structures and has a legal easement to drain into a playa to the east of the yard.
