From Interstate 40, take Exit 135 for Alanreed and head north on Farm to Market 291 roughly 2.2 miles north of the interstate, then turn back to the east onto the ranch via Gray County Road Z.

Tract 1:  ±226 ACRES Prime Hunting or Ranchland
